COMPLETED SPRING OF 2008

Design/built for the family of one of Denver's most talanted comedians.  Momentum Building transformed a century old carriage house into a cutting edge recycled green remodel.  All finish work was done in-house to achieve everything the new family wanted within budget.  In the end even the building inspector couldn't stop commenting at how amazed he was by the transformation.
