960 EAST HAMPDEN ("THE REFINERY")

COMPLETED SUMMER OF 2008

At just under 6000 square feet this project packs a punch for quality design and function with it's $125 / foot design/build price.  It pushes the limits for a high density infil project in Englewood where it is the first of it's kind; bringing a mixed use building with two loft/ condos and a retail salon.  All finish elements were completed in-house by Momentums Team.  This holistic approach was what bridged the gap between affordable quality and efficiency of installation.  This sets a new standard for future projects.
