Profile
Momentum Building Contractors Inc. is a Denver based design/build company founded in 2002 by Patrick Neil. Patrick moved back to Denver in 2000 when he was just nineteen and worked on a number of construction sites prior to starting Momentum Building. In the beginning Momentum Building did a range of projects from building fences to bathroom remodels; really anything to pay the bills. Since then through word of mouth, Patrick Neil has been awarded a wide range of challenging projects. He has helped people with pop-tops, large additions and a large catalogue of fix and flip projects. Between 2003 and 2006 Patrick specialized on fix and flip remodels and completed a series of investment seminar tours of his projects with Q & A opporotunities for future investors. Momentum Building proceeded to remodel three fulll apartment buildings for "Condo Conversions" adding ammenities such as walk-out elevated steel balconies, private laundry rooms, public rooftop patios, and fire escapes.
From 2006 to the present, Momentum Building has been fortunate enough to work on some of the projects you can see in the project section of this website. Currently Patrick Neil is open to new prospects and would be more then happy to look at any construction project that you might have in mind.
Momentum Building is a Class B licenced and insured design/build commercial contracting company. For any additional information please refer to the contact page of this site and feel free to contact Patrick at any time.

LETTER OF REFERENCE
To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing in reference to Momentum Building Contractors and Patrick Neil. I have had the priviledge
of working with Mr. Neil, as an owner, over the last several years on a unique project in Englewood.
The process was from original design concepts through building and completion of the project across
all construction disciplines.
My project is a mixed use facility with a high degree of finish difficulty and coordination with a number
of sub-contractors. Mr. Neil was excellent at keeping everyone on task and schedule, barring the
unforseen that typically comes up on any construction/remodel project. His attention to details,
especially in custom design finishes is particularly astute. He is relentless in his research on products,
materials and suppliers when a project requires something that is “out of the norm”.
In my opinion, Mr. Neil is quite capable of handling projects of any size or scope. His energy should be
bottled not to mention his enthusiasm.
I would be happy to discuss any aspect of my project with anyone considering Momentum Building
Contractors and Patrick Neil for their project.
