COAL CREEK REMODEL

This was the beggining of Patrick Neil's career as a Builder.  "I was dropped right into manage this project when I was nineteen years old, fortunately I was surrounded with a lot of really talented tradesmen.  I was fortunate enough to witness every part of the remodel, and was given the final decision on even the smallest detail.  It was when I first realized how much I enjoyed all the aspects of remodeling, from the design down to problem solving details that would in the end effect the finishing touch.  To be able to invision exactly what something is going to look like and realize that your the only one who really knows.  I love that part....."  Hopefully Patrick and his team will be awarded many more opportunities to help people with thier projects or dreams in the future.
